	Our business is a family run business, Mirco learned much of his trade from his dad Bernie. Mirco’s sons learn from their dad and grandfather. Mirco holds a very strong friendship with Hardt and all his clients.

Industry Experience

Entretien Mirco has been involved with Hardt rotisseries and the food service business for over 25 years. Officially founded in 1989 by Mirco Mascetti, the son of one of Bernie Mascetti one of the founders of Hardt Equipment and designers of the original Hardt rotisseries.

Their experience and knowledge of a wide range rotisserie equipment has establish Entretien Mirco as one of the highest quality rotisserie repair centers. Entretien Mirco is also an official authorized service agent of Hardt Equipment INC.

Entretien Mirco continues to play an active role with Hardt Equipment's service department and production factory. Called upon on a regular basis to provide knowledge and experience exchange as well as training throughout North America.

Entretien Mirco also is an authorized distributor of Hardt Rotisseries and sells both new and used rotisseries. Entretien Mirco also buys and sells rotisseries, for model availability please contact us. All new rotisseries come with the factory two year warranty and all used equipment comes with a one-year parts and labour warranty.

Our Team

Bernie Mascetti

Bernie was one of the original owners and designers of the Hardt Rotisseries.

Bernie was involved with Hardt from 1965 to 2003 (until his retirement).

Bernie's background was mechanical with many other trades such as machining, welding, electrical and working with sheet metal and stainless steel fabrication.

He was involved in designing heavy duty industrial elevators and man lifts.

A special highlight of Bernie’s career is that he was one of the designers for the glass elevator used to bring the divers up to the diving boards at the 1976 Montreal Olympics. (which was seen on TV all over the world)

In the 1950’s in Argentina he was the supervisor for building diesel train engines.

Mirco Mascetti - President

Founded Entretien Mirco in 1989.

Over 25 years of experience in serving and installing Hardt Rotisseries and equipment. Including delivering and installing in many Montreal restaurants such as St-Hubert BBQ and Cage aux Sports.

In the 1990’s when Hardt started sales in the USA Mirco played an important role in training service companies in the US and Canada.

Today Mirco still plays an important role in consulting and provides ongoing feedback from field experience Hardt. Mirco is estimated to have worked on over 1000 rotisseries since 1983.

Stefano Mascetti - Senior Technician

Stefano specialises in refrigeration, welding, electrical and electronics.

Stephano's responsibility include taking dismantling used ovens, cleaning rebuilding parts and ovens, welding, service calls, as well as delivering and installing ovens.

He also does field training for staff on the proper use of Hardt products.

Luca Mascetti - Senior Technician

His duties are cleaning, dismantling, painting and rebuilding oven parts. His responsibilities include welding machines parts for rotisserie drives.

Luca takes care of field service calls and PMP’s.

He also gives training to staff on how to properly operate Hardt ovens.
