When single unit is used it is hooked up the same way but chimney is short in length THESE MKV OVENS HAVE THE SAME CAPACITY AS THE INFERNO 43 (WITH STANDARD DRIVE) BUT THEY USE LESS GAS DUE TO HAVING ONLY ONE BURNER INSTEAD OF 2 BURNERS LIKE
INF-43 THEY ALSO TAKE LESS SPACE. YOU CAN HAVE 2 OVENS IN THE PLACE OF ONE INF-43.

This Oven has been modified with opening in back wall for glass to view birds from back of rotisserie. THIS IS THE ONLY ONE OF ITS KIND TO HAVE THIS REAR GLASS MODIFICTION.
This is a customized oven with rear glass. Price depending on customers order.
Options: This oven is ideal for kitchen istallation where the back wall of the oven would have an opening so that the customers in the dinning room can see the chickens cooking.
The front of the oven would be facing the kitcken where the chef would load and unload the birds and the back of the oven would face the back wall or dining room wall where customers would see the birds rotating while being cooked.
In the lower picture you see a skewer container this is for soaking the dirty skewers after use so that they are easier to clean. Prevents chicken fat / grease to stick to the spits.
